• Shall be the chief executive officer of the organization.  He/She shall preside at all meetings of the organization,  shall preside at meetings of the executive board, shall sign all documents requiring an official signature, and shall perform all other duties incidental to the office.
• Conducts Meetings
• Oversees all club functions and activities
• Administrates the forum and website
• Promote the club in a professional manner

Vice President   TO BE ANNOUNCED

Shall perform the duties of the president in the absence or incapacity of the president,  shall automatically become president of the organization upon the resignation or death of the president,  and in the event the vice-president becomes president,   a new vice-president will be elected to fill the vacancy.

Qualifications

     Desire to work with the President and directly assist in club activities.

     Interest in moving up into the President position

• Puts in the bulletins for when the meetings occur
• Contacts Members to let them know (incase if they do not see the bulletin or not

Treasurer   Shyann Ray

• Takes care and records down the money
  
• Keeps records of bills
  
• Keeps records of outgoing
  
• Keeps records of incoming
• MUST HAVE GOOD CASH MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND INTERNET SKILLS
  

Fundraiser   TO BE ANNOUNCED

• Is in charge of the fundraisers
• Makes sure that the money goes to the Treasurer
• Comes up with ideas for the next fundraising (must be approved by the majority of the members)
• Recruit volunteers for the fundraisers
  
• ALWAYS Promotes the club in a professional manner
